About the Author
John A. Winterdyk, Ph.D is a professor in the Department of Justice Studies at Mount Royal College in Calgary, Alberta, and he serves as the editor of the International Journal of Comparative Criminology. Dr. Winterdyk has previously edited the anthology "Juvenile Justice Systems: International Perspectives," and co-edited "Lessons in Comparative/International Criminology and Criminal Justice," among other books.
