Evolution Impossible, by Dr John Ashton

There is scientific evidence proving evolution cannot be responsible for life on Earth.

It is time to question what biology text books and nature documentaries claim about our origins. Even Darwin admitted, “I threw out queries, suggestions, wondering all the time over everything; and to my astonishment the ideas took like wildfire. People made a religion of them.”

Dr. John Ashton has dedicated 40+ years to teaching and researching science, and exposing the lack of proven evidence for Darwin’s theories. In Evolution Impossible, he uses discoveries in genetics, biochemistry, geology, radiometric dating, and other scientific disciplines to explain why the theory of evolution is a myth.

Discover for yourself:

- Why the fossil record is evidence of extinction, not evolution
- How erosion and sedimentation dates conflict with radiometric dating
- How the lack of transitional fossils undermines evolutionary notions
- Why living cells and new organisms do not rise by chance or random mutations

Regardless of your level of scientific education, you will finish this book able to cite 12 reasons why evolution cannot explain the origin of life.

Reply to Thomas Bloom
By vashti
I have read 'Evolution Impossible' from cover to cover and found it a most thorough and soundly documented exposition of the impossibility of evolution. On noting Thomas Bloom’s comment about it not being fit for print, I felt compelled to reply in defence of this well written, comprehensive study.

The attack made by Bloom on Ashton’s credibility fails when the scholar’s professional standing and achievements are reviewed. He is an Adjunct Professor, which in Australian universities is a very senior peer reviewed position, and holds this position at two Australian Universities. Furthermore, he is an elected Fellow of The Royal Australian Chemical Institute, which is a peer reviewed recognition of eminence in chemistry, so it is highly unlikely his work would be easily refuted in these circles. Additionally, the endorsing foreword of the book is by Professor Warren Grubb, an eminent microbiologist whose speciality is the evolution of antibiotic resistance in bacteria. Readers should carefully note what he says about Ashton’s book.

True to the form of the whole evolution hoax, Thomas Bloom has misrepresented Dr Ashton’s comprehensive, sound and thorough work mischievously. This reflects the ongoing campaigns of indoctrination by the media and western public education systems in support of the undue authority and influence exerted by sections of the scientific community determined to bombard and shape the attitudes and values of the public worldwide. By brainwashing millions into believing the theory of evolution is fact when it is an unproven and unprovable theory, a singular mindset about human origins and the present and future conditions of humanity is being developed, endangering many human rights, including free speech and freedom of expression. Bloom may not like it, but Ashton’s use of his right to free speech has exposed the infringement of the rights of millions of students of all ages to be taught the truth about the theory of evolution.

An example of Bloom’s misrepresentation of Ashton’s work is his claim that Ashton’s primary reference is the McGraw-Hill Encyclopedia of Science, from 1960. However out of the roughly 400 or so references that are cited in the book only 12 are from the 1960 McGraw-Hill Encyclopedia and these are mainly used in the context of the history of the topic. For example in chapter four, the most prominent one delineating why evolution cannot explain the origin of new body parts, there is not a single reference to McGraw Hill of 1960, and 34 of the 37 references cited are since 2000.

Bloom’s assertion that, ‘Ashton fails to make a single point that a high school student could not easily disprove’ ignores the fact that the book presents a summary of the peer reviewed research with supporting citations. These show that there is much misinformation about evolution in the current textbooks and popular books about evolution, and that the information presented to high school students confuses completely different factual and hypothetical aspects of evolution. Bloom’s claim supports attempts to perpetrate so called facts about evolution that scientists are spending millions of dollars trying to prove, so the public is persuaded to accept them as the only plausible explanation of the origins of the planet and life on it.

Ashton’s attack on the so-called evidence for evolution challenges Bloom’s claim that ‘… the standard that a theory is true when there is so much evidence to support it that to deny it is perverse’. However, Bloom’s claim is typical of the loose application of ostensibly scientific methods to attempts to verify evolution. These methods lead to, for instance, evidentiary claims that an embryo has evolved. In a world where human rights are flagrantly abused they justify the defenceless embryo’s murderous extraction from its mother and support ‘scientists’ breeding babies in tubes and then extracting DNA from them to make designer human beings. What could be more perverse? The assumptions behind these ‘procedures’ exclude the intrinsic value of human beings of all ages and their right to protection from all kinds of violence.

It is refreshing to note Ashton’s attack on the idea of human life originating in Africa. Obviously Bloom hasn’t read much history, as it is generally acknowledged that humanity first lived in the Middle Eastern Fertile Crescent of civilization, anything else about humans developing from apes is insulting to the great cultures of that time and the whole human race. For instance, the very old Gobelke Tepe site in Turkey has been billed as the most important evidence for the beginnings of human existence and reflects complex, human society not unlike ours but without the high level of technology. We can verify that, but we can’t verify all the so called steps that evolution says happened to get there. It’s ok to believe it, but not teach it as fact. On the other hand it’s not ok to spend billions of tax payers’ and other non-stakeholders’ money on trying to find the myriads of missing links in the so-called evolutionary process. After all, religious people don’t expect or acquire the same funding to prove the existence of a creator God.

Bloom’s commentary requires more investigation, as follows:

Exactly how much can happen in millions of years? Answer: nobody knows, so nobody can make any claims about it, it’s not worth conjecturing over, nobody has lived that long and there are no provable records, end of story.

And how far and fast does gene mutation go? Enough to make all the intricate genitals on humans so they could reproduce in a generation? If they couldn’t they would have died out very quickly. As Ashton points out in his chapter on the mathematical likelihood of evolution, it’s impossible, end of story yet again. We wouldn’t be here unless completely viable reproductive humans were made in an instance. Consequently education and media systems should give voice in pluralistic, relativistic, democratic, multi-cultural societies to a wider interpretation of human origins, significance and future prospects than evolution. Ashton’s book is in fact a campaign advocating this before the door of freedom of expression closes under scientific pressure.

Bloom’s claim that the sea was empty of Metozoans is an example of scientific (maybe perverse?) speculation invented from an idea with little evidence. It also privileges so called scientists to the interpretation of reams of ‘evidence’ from which they construct ‘facts’ and then teach otherwise uninformed children and older students. This powerful, manipulative science machine exerts more than its share of undue influence on the way billions of people think about themselves, their present and their future.

Bloom’s comments raise more questions than they answer .For instance, if there wasn’t a world-wide flood, what caused tectonic plates, uplifting and subsidence and the embedding of a flood story in every major ancient world civilisation?

And why does he challenge Ashton’s citations from the 60’s when he expects readers to believe ‘evidence’ that is millions of years old, including the qualities of 2 million year old water and 3.3 million year old lava? Are the methods of proving these ages flawless? If not, these claims are based on belief, not fact and should not be taught as such. They support the pseudo myths that scientists have concocted and expect everyone to believe.

The idea of ‘undeniable evidence’ becoming science is an example of the presumptuous way it pushes its views and asserts they are fact. Undeniable to whom? Those who think science is God? For Bloom’s information, millions don’t so why should they have to tolerate the proliferation and exertion of its assumptions through every facet of human life?

And how are creation scientists not scientists? Perhaps because they’re not feeding media and state monopolies with evidence to further limit access to alternative beliefs on who humans actually are, and what their inalienable moral and ethical virtues are meant to be.

If the Big Bang and dark matter ‘theories’, ‘represent explanations for observed aspects of the cosmos, and in intricate detail’, why are they accompanied by a fairy story of speculative information that cannot be verified by anyone, except guess who? Yes, the highly paid scientists using very expensive telescopes and other equipment to invent their fantasies. It’s a very expensive form of entertainment and we already have the movies. Well could many supporters of truth adapt Hoyle’s statement to, "The evolutionist is a sham religious person who, curiously, has no true sense of religion," which is fine so long as s/he is not expecting public and private moneys to support their speculations as fact. And if semi-rational Christians are in question, how about evolutionists who expect the public to believe all the suppositions they are so highly paid to foist on them?

And would one of them please explain how geologists know that the fossil layers or rings represent days, months or years if the events occurred millions of years ago? Did time function in the same way? Perhaps it evolved too. Like Ashton asserts, rationally it is impossible to maintain that these events happened.

It is obvious that Ashton believes his claims and their evidence, and is attempting to offer encouraging, plausible explanations for human and other life’s existence and hope for future generations. On the other hand some scientists should examine the implications of their predictions about the continuation of dysfunctional life here on earth for sixty billion years including its slow death as the sun self-extinguishes, which is a hopeless, cruel, merciless and chaotic scenario reflecting the clinical coldness and inhumanity of evolutionary understanding. These interpretations impose heavy psychological burdens on the race, further plunging it into meaningless and fostering the adoption of self-destructive ideologies and behaviours.

Ashton also obviously invites people to believe what he has written, but it is a matter of choice what people want to believe. I challenge anyone to pick a chapter of his book, research it themselves and then make up their minds about whether the self-interest of ideologically monopolistic scientific claims supported by the theory of evolution serves humanity or not. Think about how much better off we would be without it. Do it while you can before the tentacles of ‘scientific’ thought control further squeeze and finally choke the mechanisms of free thought world-wide.

More of Bloom’s claims could be questioned and refuted point by point but Ashton’s book does it sufficiently. I urge readers to set aside Bloom’s comments and take Ashton’s journey through startling revelations of the implausible, flimsy ‘evidence’, or absence of it so often integrated into and assumed true by the theory of evolution, and the significant questions arising from science’s attempts to propound a credible scenario of continuous, auto-developed life on earth.

Then readers will be better equipped to decide what to believe about evolution and whether or not it is worth believing as fact and answer to the questions everyone must consider about who they are, where they have come from, where they are now and where they are going. And while the public is still in a position to demand transparent, factually based financial and altruistic accountability from science, it should.

Enjoyable and Informative Read
By William R. Bullerman
I enjoyed this book a great deal. I do not subscribe to Young Earth Creation. All I will say is that I don't accept the scientism of Naturalism and Materialism. However, the author gives twelve reasons why evolution can't be true. He isn't talking about adaptation, what evolutionists call microevolution. He says that Macro evolution isn't true and he gives facts that are scientific and not chapter and verse out of Genesis. I learned, for instance, that soft tissue had been found in some of the dinosaur fossils.by Dr, Mary Schweitzer in 1997. Of course, the response was that it was contaminated. She found some more and had funds to do all of the analysis needed to show that it wasn't. The significance of the find is that under normal conditions(the temperature of the earth where the fossil was found is 10 degrees C), the soft tissue should have disappeared in 20,000 years. So, that fossil, the soft tissue not being a contamination, was deposited less than 20,000 years ago. This is orders of magnitude more recent than the Paleontological meta-narrative of 65 million years. There are severe scientific implications, especially for the evolutionary narrative. So, that's a fact to consider. There were other examples given. I also checked out some of this on Google avoiding blogs. There were credible sites that were willing to consider that she was right. This is one example of some of the facts he gives to support his claims. It was very enlightening, but world views are tough to overcome.

Evolutionists won't really like this book but I found it enjoyable, fast paced, well-documented and informative. If you want a fairly non-technical excursion into the other side of the story, this book may be for you.
